Bwahaha I KNOW this is an old joke but I got to know this game just a coupla days ago so this is new to me. But if there's others who don't know what the hell is this then I suggest you go and download and then play the game, it takes you only a minute or two: [link]

If you noticed, I didn't use any outlines as I usually do. I know this has some mistakes (the front character is too blurry) but well, I tried my best. My cover suggestion is actually pretty bad game cover cause it totally spoils the fun by showing the climax of the game beforehand X ). Though there isn't much to chooce because that's pretty much the only action filled scene in the game.

I've been lately really blue and pissed off. Then I found this link to YHTBTR and it actually succeeded to make me feel a lot better, even smile a little. Especially the ending song really rewarded all that tremendous effort. All games should have a nice ending surprise.

What I love about this game is that everything in it is truly tied to the one and only goal of the game, which is... to burn the rope. You can't cut the rope with your axe, you simply have to burn it. You can't kill the grinning colossus but neither can he kill you. It's an endless battle until you go and burn that goddamn rope : D.
Also, if Mr. colossus is standing somewhere else than in the middle of the screen when you burn it, he'll come running just under that chandelier like he had no other choice but to do the inevitable and die. I love the expression on his face when he dies. :D Dying under a chandelier is such a classy way to go.
I love the way this game mocks the player, games and gaming in general. You know those games where you have to collect gazillion objects and finish another gazillion missions to proceed in the game, OR you have to make something in just the exact way to proceed. Or games that have impossible bosses. YHTBTR is really refreshing experience. There's simple rules, then you follow them and that's it. You can't go wrong.

Amazing poster. Why isn't this more popular?! Also, awesome expressions of Indykirby and the Grinning Colossus.
:iconcarmine-voleme:
the guy is called Indykirby :DDD?? I didn't know that, awesome name!
:iconartemendo:
Well, he has no official name, but they call him that on TV Tropes ( [link] ), which, being a supreme gathering of nerds, is a high authority in my eyes.
